What's Hidden Within?

Everything is guiding you towards success.
(Hear me out on this.)
Affirm that today.
I look forward to seeing how this unfolds. I look forward to seeing how this develops me, grows me, and guides me toward my highest good. Say that today as you exercise, meditate, pray or do some breath work.
God is working for you — don’t you know?
I was reflecting this past weekend on the immeasurable synchronicities I’ve experienced over the years. Some are quite jaw-dropping.
A few weeks back, I was driving and somewhat speaking aloud to God. Simply put, I asked:
“Am I stuck because I’m sabotaging something, or am I stuck because it’s a timing thing?”
A few seconds later, I changed the radio station (as we all know the struggle of finding a good one), and the title of the song that came on was:
“Sabotage.”
I chuckled and kept driving.
“Alright, well, you know what to do then!”
About two weeks later, a book popped into my awareness about subconscious reprogramming. I was watching a podcast I frequent, and a book was recommended. (Let me read it first and see if I recommend it!)
Just a few days prior, a good friend reminded me of the power of our mind and its direct effect on all of this.
As a coach, I guide people through this all the time — but as they say…
The surgeon can’t perform surgery on himself.
I work through the same things we all do, and that journey doesn't end. I like to view it as a gift.
About two days later, I got a notification that my package was on the way — woo! I was ready to dive in.
So, I popped downstairs and, to my surprise, found a different-looking package.
I thought, “Hm, maybe just odd packaging for this order?”
When I went upstairs and opened it, I found a book by (the one and only) Haley Hoffman Smith inside. Her wonderful team had offered to send me a copy months back! But they had reached out in April… and now it was August. Truthfully, I had forgotten about it.
Haley’s book is all about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and reprogramming the subconscious mind. (You see where I’m going with this? And FYI- I HIGHLY recommend this book.)
Interesting timing, wouldn't you say?
About a half hour later, the book I ordered the day before arrived. I was now sitting on my couch with two books plopped directly into my hands — both about the subconscious mind — and a very clear answer from God:
Read. Absorb. Allow.
As I dove in (more to come), it’s gotten me thinking about the theme of today’s blog:
What is hidden within?
More so — what is blocking the full capacity of life for you and your hidden potential?
I knew I was coming up against something. I could feel it. Almost like pressing my finger against the edge of a plastic bubble. I could see the other side, but it wouldn’t pop.
Like I said before, I pop people’s plastic bubbles for a living. But my own?
Different story.
The reality is, we all have unconscious stories running (in pretty good operation) beneath us on a daily basis.
We often wonder why we feel:
Tired when it’s time to leap or work on that exciting project
Like we’ve taken steps back after a big win
Or like we’re circling the drain again… same story, over and over
Is it divine timing?
Of course it is.
Is it also a block?
Most likely.
Is it being invited to be reworked at the perfect time?
Bingo.
It’s hard accepting the duality of those things — but many things can be true at once.
Think about it this way:
There’s a story within us that’s essentially running in a way that, when we receive a gift, we put our hands down, say “no thank you,” and turn around.
No more.
Today’s blog is an invitation to consider:
Do you resonate with feeling stuck — perhaps like you’ve come to the end of the rubber band?
What is trying to get to you that you keep rerouting?
Whew, Lord. Did that clock anyone else?
Sit with it, and when you have answer, the journey begins.

Wooo baby this was a good one! Thanks Fam!
