Isn't that such good news?

Hold on... let's take a step back.

You will not be pushed beyond what you can handle—and this is GOOD NEWS!

The goals ahead are beautiful, but...

Perhaps the resistance or obstacle in front of you needs to be addressed first. The last thing I offer any client is what I call an "inflated journey." This means you might appear to advance quickly but haven't built the necessary foundation to sustain that level.

In other words, you risk tumbling back down.

THIS is the issue.

Goals are great. Advancing in your career or business is great, but proper alignment is even better. TRUE and proper alignment with what God has for you right now.

Would you rather get there quickly or get there properly? Moving quickly makes you more susceptible to falling back. Moving properly means you'll be prepared to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

As you anchor into this level of presence and begin to LISTEN to what is being asked of you, you'll realize there's no need for urgency or rushing.

I want to be clear: moving quickly is different from moving urgently. There's a fundamental difference. In my own journey, I've seen things move quickly over the past few years—but never with urgency.

Urgency is like swimming ahead of the wave, only to have it crash over you. Instead, ride the wave.

How do you do that?

Well... that's where my coaching comes in.

How can you expect to blaze ahead with old patterns and beliefs still intertwined in your being? How can you expect to move forward if you haven’t given yourself permission to acknowledge the talents, gifts, and aspirations placed upon you?

More so, what IS your metric for success? Why? Have we even discovered who the next version of you being birthed is? What is their metric?

There's work to be done. This is why we often find ourselves "advancing", only to end up back at the starting line.

Let’s move at the right pace, shall we?

All is well. (Even if you can't see it right now.)
