A happy Monday to you all!

(By the way… if you missed it, the podcast is back! I’ve attached the link for our next episode down below.)

When I was considering the topic for this week, it felt appropriate to tie it back to the intro episode of our podcast today.

Faith in the fire.

What does it mean?

I saw a beautiful comment on one of my recent posts- the person said:

“I admire the way… you model the process of moving forward with trust, not certainty.”

Something about that hit me.

Faith is NOT certainty in an outcome- but rather, trust in divine resolution, and perhaps, trust in a plan that is inherently good.

Wholeheartedly. Amidst the trauma and pain… good.

That when God said there were plans for us to prosper- that it is TRUE.

Belief in that can move mountains.

 It simply does.

It is a divine invitation for the pieces to continuously move upward.

And just perhaps- having faith in the fire means we can rest upon that. That we trust a way out IS provided. The solution IS coming.

That maybe, we can find some solace in knowing that it’s not entirely our hand on the steering wheel.

So, I have a challenge for you this week:

Upon hearing those thoughts of chaos and panic come upon you, I want you to relax (as much as possible) every muscle in your body. Get grounded for a moment. Feel your body melt into your chair, relax your shoulders, jaw and forehead, and affirm to yourself:

"I look forward to seeing how this unfolds and being presented with the divine resolution."

Repeat that a few times until you feel it melt into you. Do this three times a day for about two-five minutes each time for this week.

Track for yourself:

How do I feel? What changes do I notice, if any?

What resolution has begun to present itself to me?

What kind of clarity is being birthed within me?

And so it is.

Accept that it is handled, and continue throughout your day. Upon the panic, remind yourself again:

"This is handled, and I look forward to seeing the resolution. It is well, and all is well."
